MEMEMEMEME

Nearly posted this to my tumbalah earlier but soon realised it would be lost in an endless stream of images of TOP, Matt Smith and random tomfoolery, so here it is instead!

01: Your current relationship, if single discuss how single life is.
Mehh single life is pretty average. Used to it really. That makes me sound incredibly miserable about it but it's fine - if I'm meant to be in a relationship it will happen when it's meant to.

02: Where you’d like to be in 10 years.
When I'm 30, ideally I'd like to be married and settled down, with children and have built/bought a pretty house. Career wise I hope to be working in something Media related. (I can't see myself doing anything else) Either being self-employed or a job I could work around.

03: Your views on drugs and alcohol.
Drugs no. Alcohol - I don't drink but don't mind when others do - as long as they keep it under control. (I mean drinking socially than getting totally hammered.)

04: Your views on religion.
Right now in my life, I've realised there wouldn't be a point in being born if I didn't have my faith.

05: A time you thought about ending your own life.
Haven't had such thoughts thankfully.

06: Write 30 interesting facts about yourself.
NO.

07: Your zodiac sign and if you think it fits your personality.
Uhhh I am a Aquarius - just read up on it there and it's quite accurate to a certain degree, but I think those things are created to suit everyone even a little bit.

08: A moment you felt the most satisfied with your life.
Often when doing coursework - when things are going well and I realise where my talents lie and why I am here.

09: How you hope your future will be like.
I don't really mind as long as I'm happy doing whatever and be wherever I'm meant to be.

10: Discuss your first love and first kiss.
Ehhh first love? Not yet. First kiss? Glad I had my first kiss when I did.

11: Put your ipod on shuffle and write 10 songs that pop up.
• The Beatles - All You Need Is Love
• 2NE1 - Ugly
• Kellis - Milkshake
• Patrick Stump - Allie
• G-Dragon - She's Gone (feat. Kush)
• Owl City - Alligator Sky
• Wonder Girls - Tell Me
• Aerosmith - Dreamweaver
• Muse - Falling Away With You
• Chameleon Circuit - Blink

12: Bullet your whole day.
Recently my day has been like this:
• 8:15 - Wake up
• 8.30 - 9am - Walk
• 9 - 9.30 - Breakfast and t.v
• 9.30 - 9.45 - Chores
• 9.45 - 10.15 - Trampoline
• 10.15 - 11am - tidy room and sort general things
• 11 - lunch - work on something, wether it being selling on eBay, graphic design or whatever I try to be productive.
• 1pm - 2pm - lunch and news/loose women yay
• 2pm - 5pm - continue on what I was doing (but by 4pm my concentration levels go out the window so it's sometimes sims hour)
• 5pm - dinner
• 6pm onwards - whatever really..then bed. It's good though, pretty productive most of the time.

13: Somewhere you’d like to move or visit.
Japan, New York and Paris. Just to visit though.

14: Your earliest memory.
Of life? I remember my first day of school particularly well, and not being quite sure why my parents were making such a fuss about it.

15: Your favorite tumblrs.
No.

16: Your views on mainstream music.
A lot of it I don't mind listening to, but only about 5% of it would end up on my iPod. It's just when the stuff I quite like is played continuously everywhere for a couple of months and I end up hating it.

17: Your highs and lows of this past year.
Highs^^
• Good marks in my course, woo.
• Winning an award for my Sherlock coursework.
• Seeing Josh Groban
• Diane's Wedding
Lows>>
• Feeling generally like crap since March - fainting and trips to the doctors. Boo.
• Stress and conflict at uni constantly. Mehhhhh!

18: Your beliefs.
Bit vague, but is this like religion again? Generally I have beliefs based on what Christianity follows.

19: Disrespecting your parents.
Not really, we mess about and get along well. If there's a conflict it's usually for something serious.

20: How important you think education is.
Very.

21: One of your favourite shows.
Doctor Whoooo.

22: How have you changed in the past 2 years?
Drastically - I've grown up a lot and like to think I've become wiser.

23: Give pictures of 5 guys/girls who are famous who you find attractive.
• Josh Groban - J'Grobz
• Choi Seunghyun - sexiest man in koreaaa
• Patrick Stump - Fall Out BOOIII
• Benedict Cumberbatch - holla
• Joe Freaking Jonaas!

24: Your favourite movie and what it’s about.
One of my all time favs is The Devil Wears Prada - it's got everything I love! (Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep and so much fashion) I also watched it yesterday which reminded me of how amazing it is.

25: Someone who fascinates you and why.
Angelina Jolie - I don't know why I just adore her.

26: What kind of person attracts you.
Physically: (in a guy) A geeky look, long dark hair, glasses, pretty smile/ good teeth, beard/stubble.
Character: Funny, quirky, charismatic and sweet.
(P.S: if any of the above matches the criteria please apply)

27: A problem that you have had.
Just my general soul-destroying tiredness everyday. Y A W N.

28: Something that you miss.
Sometimes I miss the securities of school and our tight-knit friendship group.

29: Goals for the next 30 days.
Get thin, work hard and make new friends.

30: Your highs and lows of this month.
It's September, it's just getting started!

SOMETHING...

SOOPER MEME MEME MEME MEME

Something you hate about yourself:

What a pessimistic question! I don’t think there’s anything I absolutely hate, just a few flaws in my personality and lifestyle I think I would like to change. One of them would be that I waste my time on silly things then neglect the things which are more important. Appearance wise, I always look really cross, so people think I’m aggressive - it’s just my normal expression though, sigh!

Something you love about yourself:
My wide variety of loud and embarrassing laughs.

Something you regret:
I regret not spending more time with my Granny before she died. I know that’s silly thinking like that because we visited her quite regularly. But I wish when I was there - I listened to what she said, I took interest in the conversation - instead of just sitting texting on my phone. Just thinking of it tears me up. How could I have been so stupid!

Something you have to forgive yourself for:
I have to forgive myself for being such a big horrible mess of a human being a few years ago. I’m trying to make up for it now by being nicer.

Something you have to forgive someone for:
Certain individuals who I felt bullied me in my younger years. Also a couple of people who made fun of my weight. There are some things which are harder to forgive than others.

Something you wish you hadn’t done in your life:
I wish I remembered who was important when I had them in my life. I wish I didn’t bicker with Jordan as much when she was alive. I wish I didn’t beat myself up due to my lack of self-confidence. I wish that I hadn’t told so many lies to my parents. I wish I wasn’t so angry at people for so many unnecessary reasons.

Something you wish you had done in your life:
I wish that I hadn’t wasted my life obsessing over things and used that time and energy to serve God. Why am I so capable of telling others to listen to K-Pop, but massively fail at telling others about the Good News of Jesus?? CLAUDIA YOU MESS.

Something you hope to do in your life:
Oh the usual female ambitions - get married, get a house, have kids, job etc.

Something you hope you never have to do:
Watch someone I love die - that would be a frightening and unpleasant experience.

Something you hope to change about yourself:
Wow these questions are deep! I hope to become 100% reliant on God. I always say I will, but when things are going well, I tend to forget about him. Then when things go wrong, I always expect him to fix my problems.

Someone who has made your life worth living for:
I remember Jordan saying in a post a long time ago: *cheesy Christian answer* My answer here is Jesus. He died for my sins so I definitely owe him one. Living for Jesus is the best decision I’ve ever made.

Something people seem to compliment you the most on:
My blue glasses, haha. Or my hair possibly?

Something you never get compliments on:
Er my eyes? I like my eyes anyway. Maybe no-one can see them because they are distracted by the glasses.

EXAM FUN [K-POP]

Note: Started writing this out during the exams in May, saved it under another blog post in Pages, then forgot all about it until Emma mentioned it the other day. Whoops. It's not finished either. Not very interesting when I read it, but here it is....

Boredom has taken over again!!! Emma and I were mindlessly bantering in her car after the English exam, and we started this silly discussion about if K-Pop was an actual subject in school. At first we were all cocky and saying “Heh! We’d pass easily!”..Or would we?? So amused/hyper we started making up the most ridiculous questions that could appear in an exam paper.

Try and guess the answers!

Section 1: English

  • What does F.T stand for in F.T Island? (1 mark)
  • Compare and contrast MBLAQ with U-KISS using appropriate names, hangul, songs/album, style and success with the Korean music industry. (20 marks)
  • Compare and contrast the characteristics of Key (SHINee), Jo Kwon (2AM) and Brian (solo) in terms of being a diva. (20 marks)

Section 2: Maths

  • Measure the length of Siwon’s raised eyebrows.
  • Heechul + x = Taemin

Section 3: History

  • Explain the controversy between Hangeng and SM Entertainment. (10 marks)
  • Discuss the impact of Xiah Junsu, Hero Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun’s departure from Tohoskinki in the late 20th Century. (15 marks)
  • Explain why DBSK was so successful as a 5 member group in the era 2003 - 2010. (15 marks)

Section 4: Science

  • Multiple Question: What is the weather like today? (1 mark)
    A. Nice Weather! B. It’s very hot. C. It’s...cloudy! D. RAIN.
  • Calculate the angle that Minho’s legs move in the music video “Ring Ding Dong.”

Section 5: Religious Education

  • Describe Siwon's missionary journey through Super Junior.
FAIL.

SOMEDAY

The need to blog late again. I should embrace it with open arms.

I’m going to create a list of long term plans for 2011 just to clear my head. I always have these magnificent ideas and tasks to do when I’m studying which tests me to drop everything I’m working on to do that instead. This shall not happen, it can appear below in this list instead.

The Very Worst:

☂ Revise my ass off for English paper 1.

☂ Revise my ass off for English paper 2.

☂ Finish my I.C.T exam to the best of my ability.

☂ Finish my art exam piece.

☂ Do the art exam book, which basically needs to be restarted, sadly.

☂ The other I.C.T coursework which my teacher failed to return to us before Easter.

The Slightly More Interesting:

☁ Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Audacity and Premiere to prepare for my Interactive Media Arts course in Colraine.*

☁ Learn how to use my graphics tablet.

☁ Start driving again.

☁ Finish the Yearbook off after the formal and look forward to the results.

☁ Exercise loads and obtain my goal weight.

☁ Get a job and earn some money.

☁ Clean out my room.

☁ Attempt to practice some photography.

☁ Prepare stuff for university?

☁ Get back to the gym!

And The FUN:

☼ Send a MAMMOTH amount of fan-mail to different celebrities and test how many will return.

☼ Paint some big-ass pictures with acrylic paint.

☼ Get my ears pierced.

☼ Order some K-Pop style earrings online. (The real reason why I want my ears pierced.)

☼ Go to France and see SM Town on the 10th June.**

☼ Go to London on 19th June and stalk SHINee.**

☼ Get a £1 coin money box, collect £1, £2 and notes and not to touch it. Behold! Hundreds of pounds gathered very quickly! (Sexy Dr. Dres headphones, no?)

☼ Have some more container parties before my friends desert me forever.

☼ Order more Snapfish photos.

☼ Redecorate the container.

☼ Photo blog on Chictopia regularly.

☼ Have a container sleepover party.

☼ Organise a meet-up/dinner with ‘our lot’ from school.

* Yes, I put Interactive Media Arts as my first choice. I done it this morning actually. I’m thinking it will be a better opportunity to do this than tech and get rejected again next year by Art college. I’m thinking it’s going to be more of a challenge too than the other course, and I’m just feeling that God’s showing me this is the right way to go?! Of course, it’s slightly scary because I’ve only been in Colraine three times in my life, and it’s such a change but like, why not just go for it? I may blog about this again some other time.

** I’m not going to Paris or London in June. I like to think I am, but I’m not.

Now playing: Hug (International Version) - DBSK/TVXQ

Mood: Satisfied/happy

Emma is right. This gets boring after a while!

Happy Easter everyone!

21 THINGS

21 things you may not have known about me...

This was meant to be only 10 things, but when I was listing them I got carried away. I must say I was struggling to think of ideas for my weekly blog but I needed to give y’all something. So here it is.

I hate the sun.

Suitable one to begin with because today was such a warm day. Everyone is excited and happy that it’s summer soon, where they get holidays and ice cream and nice bright clothes (and in our area, band season is treated like Christmas.)

Well I HATE it. I hate this climate! It’s too hot, and I get sticky and feel sick. My hair is too long and thick, even when it's tied up. I also feel like I should be going outside and I hate that too. And it's exam season. Like A-Levels this year, so we need to study and feel pressured on top of being power-baked. And I hate summer clothes because it shows too much flesh and mine is not pretty. And I also HATE the sun because of BAND SEASON!! When is it winter again?

I’m tee-total.

I maybe did mention this before, but I don’t drink. This activity does not appeal to me in the slightest. Of course it’s due to my upbringing and religion as well, but it’s my own choice. I think I could if I wanted to. I do not drink for many reasons. I feel it’s disgusting, a waste of money and needless to say, FAR too many calories. Plus, I think I would be a scary drunk and accidentally kill someone on a night out.

I have never been to a funeral.

Thankfully I’ve never had anyone close to me who has died. I do not look forward to the day I will have to.

I’m really straight.

You all can laugh at my girly Korean men if you wish, but I’m actually really really straight. I LOVE guys.

I LOVE Indian/swarthy guys too.

And Mary-Jane thinks I’m easy...pffft.

My favourite wild animal is a zebra.

I get very shy around boys.

I’ve discovered I reject, disown or hate any guy that I get to know too well. It’s weird. I wish I didn’t do that. I feel awkward around boys because I never know what to say.

I often judge people by the condition of their hair.

I’m really good at remembering the names of songs and their artist.

One of my skills that I am very proud of.

I’ve never been in love.

Unless you count girly Korean men, shoes, handbags and expensive jewelry.

I hate reading books.

To be honest, I prefer ripping them up and making collages from them...

I’m extremely observant.

The only person that knows my weight is my Mum.

I can’t tell the difference between car brands.

The logos confuse me. I would be a hopeless witness in a crime scene investigation.

I fear I will be claustrophobic when I am older.

I feel in small or inclosed crowds I get kinda nervous, especially if the room is dark or narrow. I get really panicky. My Mum is claustrophobic so I could be too.

I am never tired in the mornings.

When people say *YAWN* “OH I’M SO TIRED” in mornings is probably one of the worst conversations you could ever have with me. I am never, ever tired.

I have inherited this gift from my dad, I could wake up at 5am no problem. It’s a new day, and I love looking forward to all the things ahead.

I don’t like blonde hair.

Well, not strictly true. The only blondie I’ve ever really liked is Chord Overstreet from Glee. But I've always been attracted to brunettes/black hair.

I despise screaming children.

Do mums and dads not know how to keep their kid from misbehaving in public? You need to learn how to discipline your child. Useless parent.

I don’t know half my family.

My parents do not keep contact with the Green side of my family. I’ve never known much about them really. I do not have to attend family meet-ups or whatever either, but that suits me because then I’m not pressured to go. Should I be blogging about this? Just thoughts really, I suppose.

I don’t answer telephones.

Because they are evil and foreign people talk to me asking for my money. And they ring on and on attempting to contact you forever.

This is the only blog/online journal, diary, whatever that I own.

Yes, oh claudblog, you are the only one I keep. All my thoughts go to you.

LOVE U BLOG.♥

I SENT A LETTER TO MY LOVE,

Dear Claudia,

I know you feel a bit down at the moment, you’re just very emotional in general. I think you are depressed. Get a new hobby. Do some exercise. Get out more. Talk to your friends even though you feel a little lost with everyone, especially with them at the moment. Watch T.V, listen to music, take it easy. Enjoy half term. If you don’t, now until June is going to be a repeat of last year, and that was just awful.

Dear Romeo,
I’m sorry that I love you I just can’t lie, I hate driving. I love you Romeo, you are so cute and a little dream to drive, but I am sickened learning and even more sick of responding to “Have you got the test yet?” I will hopefully have the R plates up on you eventually, you may just have to wait a little bit longer. Sorry that I suck.

Dear Henry,

Thanks for being for me as a shoulder to type on and waste many hours of my life. I know I would be more healthy without you, but you are probably one of the favourite things I own.

Dear Trampoline,

I miss you greatly. I know we had good times together but I think you are going to have to be replaced now. Thanks for helping me tone up.

Dear Big Bang,

Please return and grant a little more happiness and delight into my iPod. It’s feeling very dry and needs something to spruce it up. T.O.P, dye your hair back to black please. I want to go to L.A and see you today but it’s too far away.

Dear Wardrobe,

You’ll get your door fixed A.S.A.P. Honestly, it’s annoying me too.

Dear Nails,

I love your French manicure, but nothing can last, so enjoy it when you can.

Dear Big Blue Glasses,

You’ve made me like wearing glasses again. Thank you for that.

Dear Container,

I shall clean you soon and we will have a container party together. It will be great fun.

Dear Patricia,

Thank you for all your help. Seriously. It meant a lot. And if I don’t get in, sure, I’ll be gutted, but I tried. And that’s the main thing.

Dear Mickey,

I plan to go out and shoot you if you DON'T STOP BARKING. If I don't, Toby certainly will. I'm pretty sure he could learn how to use a shotgun if I taught him to.

Dear Scrambler Man,

Hello there, I do not know you, but if you ride that stupid quad thing up and down on the farm outside again, I will definitely get out of bed and slash your tyres. The noise is deafening and so so irritating. Especially on Saturday mornings at 9am.

Dear SHINee,

Thank you for inventing Ring Ding Dong. I now have great and a couple of valuable K-pop memories with Amy which I never thought would have happened.

I think I could go on, but I won't!

POUR ME A HEAVY DOSE OF ATMOSPHERE.

Ew, I’m wondering if my week can get more craptacular than this.
I haven’t updated in a while because one I’ve been busy and two everything else seems to have gone terribly wrong, stupid, ridiculous or awkward.

So I’ve been back at school since the first, then I was off again for a day. A few of us on that Thursday went to the Ulster Museum in Belfast which was enjoyable, we then went into town and saw Chrrisssttopphhherr!! (Not in McD's, but in Victoria Square! In his baseball cap and hightops, what a poser!) Back again on that Friday then it was the weekend. Good weekend indeed. :) Well Sunday sucked, but that's another story.

Then all last week I was exceedingly busy. I missed two full days of school due to attending Queens and Uni of Ulster Jordanstown Open days. Even though there were some mixed reviews, I really liked Jordanstown: they do the courses I am interested in and I just liked the closed in campus. It’s like a massive High School, with some shops and a s.u too. I think that would suit me rather well, but I would have liked it better if it was closer to Belfast city center. Queens was extraordinary, the building is beautiful, but I felt rather dumb as I walked round it because there’s no way I’d be going there, I just wanted to go for the day out. I attended a law lecture with Kerri. When I came out I felt as if I’d become a law student myself! Smarty.

The past few days have probably been the worst of this year. On Saturday night, I had a couple of friends down to watch Remember Me. (Spoiler: We got so freaked out when R’Patz was killed in the twin towers because it was the 9th anniversary that day! We were all in tears by the end of it...cry) So after they left I went inside I took my lenses out. I woke in the middle of the night with my right eye all sore and bloodshot. It was gross, but I thought it would be away in the morning.

Next day I couldn’t go to church because it was so bad. Bright lights, well any lights at all produced sharp pains. I honestly thought I was going to go blind. :0

Two doctors appointments and a Royal Hospital visit later, it is concluded that I have an ulcer behind said eye. Ewwww. I didn’t even know it was POSSIBLE to have ulcers there.

So now much to my dismay, I have to wear glasses for two weeks. And cut down how often I wear lenses. It’s my own fault really: I deserve to wear an eyepatch or something horrid because of the lense-abuse I gave my eyes.

I think everything is going wrong. Like the ulcer is affecting the way my brain is working or something. I keep doing silly things, things that make me go WTF CLAUDIA ARE YOU DOING YOU CRAZY FOOL... *falls asleep.*

Stupid post. Probably a lot more I could include here but I can’t be bothered tonight.

You should see my ironing pile.

MY BEAUTIFUL

So yeah, summer has begun!

After reading my last post, I was mad at being such a loser, so I decided to do as much as possible to force myself to get better. A week later and I’m exhausted and still not recovered from my sickness. It’s worse than I thought.
I compelled myself to go to Belfast with Kerri and Emma on Monday, and even though it was a great day, I paid the consequences. We saw ‘Prince of Persia’ and we all agreed Jake Gyllenhaal was very attractive. The day after that I had to miss my injection and helped out at a coffee morning in school. Then on Wednesday I had a driving lesson and went into school again to see the final assembly and collect art.
On Thursday I went to Emma’s for a sleepover (yeah, I was wrecked) but it was great craic: we attempted to have a movie marathon but only watched 3 films. It’s really handy that Emma can drive now. She’s like my taxi.
So now it’s Saturday and I just moped about the house, learning car theory and stuffing my face. I’ve also been in an indescribable angry mood. Bite me.

Blah blah how uninteresting.

P.S, that’s T.O.P from Big Bang.

I think I’ll make another post.

INTENTIONS

Hey,

I don't think I have blogged for a while. I'm surprised how I've kept at it, it was part of my new years resolutions.

I must admit, school is going crap. I feel really stressed but just don't care enough to do anything about it. I’m failing all my subjects and it’s so tempting to drop out of school. (However, I am much too proud for that.) I was quite depressed last week, just moping about, looking tired and upset. Mum looked worried. This week I don't feel depressed, just really angry. And ridiculously clumsy. You won't believe the amount of things I've dropped, spilt, lost and how I've managed to make a fool out of myself over the silliest things. Last week I would have had a mental breakdown, but this week I'm getting so so cross about it, like it's crazy. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I think it's because I'm wearing glasses. I never had problems wearing lenses- but since my optician told me last Tuesday that wearing contact lenses 15 hours a day, 7 days a week is too much (what an outrage!) my life has gone downhill. Or maybe it's just a coincidence. Who knows.

I need to get out more. I feel like I've been living in a cage the last few weeks. Are all people this boring? Do they get out more than I do? I have no money, no car and no friends! Well that’s an overreaction, I do have friends. We just don’t do much.

I am so self conscious recently. I blame the glasses again. Probably no one else cares, but I care about my appearance. And that matters more than anyone. I just realised how vain I sounded there. Hm, well I’m not that vain, I just like looking after myself. I do love cosmetic stuff and looking after my skin. Mum got me eye creme and a big tub of Clinique for Christmas which I use faithfully. I am afraid of getting old. I don’t want to get wrinkly. Well at the same time I want to be a glamourous granny, but not yet. But by the looks of things, I’m gonna be a glamourous FAT granny.

That’s if I live that long. I could get hit by a bus tomorrow.

I really don’t think I’m a good blogger. My blog is likely to be filled with spelling and grammar mistakes, some of it probably doesn’t make sense at all. I also noticed I use the same words all the time to express myself. “Basically” “I think” “so” and “Hm.”

My mood. I’m not as happy as I should be. This is possibly due to stress from school, a non-existent social life and not getting the most out of life. I noticed in English as we study poems that I am very like the two poets we are studying, Edward Thomas and Robert Frost. But they were like depressed for their whole lives and had a tough deal, while I on the other hand have everything I could ever ask for. I remember this line from one of their poems “I cannot bite the day to the core” I think it was a Thomas poem. It really relates to me, as I physically can’t do that. But I really really want to. I want to make the most out of my life. But the point is, I’m not doing that either and I find it miserable that life is going so fast and how I have failed to do anything useful with it.

Seriously, where is my future going? I’m sounded like some kind of career-obsessed, destiny-seeking emo. But I want to know these things! I need to pray more, I really do. It’s just so difficult.

ciao

ENGLAND

Hey,

Believe it or not, I'm sitting in England.
Dad saw this car he wanted, so we all went over during half term to maybe buy it.
It's quite boring really, I'm just sitting with Jared in the Audi sales place.
I'm stealing internet. ^_^ so it's all good. :)

EXCITEMENT PLEASE

Good evening,

I actually remembered to write on this thing tonight again! I've spent most of the evening updating and tweeking a customised template, which failed. So I'm currently using a blogger one instead-which is just as cool. :)
School has been depressing recently. Most people are involved in the school musical, which is "Hairspray" this year, and everyone is involved. It really should be our art class's duty to paint the scenery, but we are so behind in our own coursework we just can't.

Some of my friends are doing lights and one of them, Kerri is in the chorus. There is just no craic recently. I've got nothing to talk about, unless it's like schoolwork or something dull.
I'm thankful for Emma, as she's the only one I can be bothered to have a decent conversation with recently! Our main topic of discussion is currently Super Junior, a Korean boyband from Seoul. There are 13 members in the band, and I must admit, not only are they very attractive...their music is really really good. I've learnt their names now, and since Emma is such a language obsessive, she's trying to learn Korean. She's teaching me how to write my name, it's cool. :D
I can't wait until I get off for Christmas, but the weeks are dragging in. I need something exciting to happen!!
