BIGBANG LIVE

Hello!
Today I must create a post that I’ve been very excited to write about for about the past two years of my life. This, of course, refers to the BIGBANG Alive Galaxy Tour that was indicated to stop in London - leaving all European fans astonished, excited and determined when dates were released for Wembley Arena back in October.
After Saturday 15th December sold out in a couple of minutes, many distraught fans, including myself, were delighted to see another tour date added for Friday 14th.
We flew over to London early that Friday morning and casually wandered around Oxford Street and Covent Gardens - London looked so pretty and festive. Everywhere was packed as shoppers attempted to conquer Christmas shopping. Our hotel was situated directly beside Wembley Stadium so it was fun to point out who was going to the concert.
After queuing for a very long time, we finally got in and found our seats - music videos played on the big screens which fired-up the audience as we waited. We also bought light-sticks, as Emma and I had learnt from our mistakes at EXO! You need a light-stick at a K-Pop concert.
At 7pm, the curtain fell, revealing the members in their Alive pods. For the duration of Tonight I think I was in a state of shock, following that, I screamed for the entire 3 hours.
Setlist
From someone who knows all their songs, the setlist played was perfect - with a selection of classics How Gee and Number 1, from previous hits Stupid Liar and Haru Haru to their latest work including Blue, Bad Boy and, of course, Fantastic Baby. These tracks sounded different than the original songs but were PERFECTLY remixed for live performance.
The members had their solo stage too. Notably, G-Dragon performed his latest work from One Of A Kind album and Seungri appeared with a very impressive Victorian British accent and a gun.
In between the set, Taeyang, Seungri and Daesung kept the crowd entertained - rapping, beatboxing, teaching us Fantastic Baby choreography and winding each other up. My heart nearly broke as they left the stage, but returned for an encore and performed 4 more songs, including Heaven, which is one of my all-time favourites!
Special mention to the acoustic version of Haru Haru - where T.O.P ACTUALLY SANG. Tonight and Hands Up were definitely my favourite performances of the night, although every song performed was spectacular.
Stage
The set looked incredible - not just a stage at the very front, but one which extended right into the middle of the arena with the audience surrounding around the edge. We had seated tickets, but we could see everything perfectly. A band played above the stage on an individual platform. The boys made the most of this stage, moving up and around so all the fans in the arena had a chance to see them up close. During the encore the some of the members walked down towards the audience, shook their hands and took gifts. TOP took a giant lollipop and reindeer antlers and brought them on-stage!
The Members
They looked amazing - with a wide selection of costume changes between stages. Daesung’s hair was grey but wow it looked so good - he’s such a cutie on stage. Seungri was a character and made the most of every opportunity to practice as much English as possible but it was hilarious. G-Dragon was G-Dragon really, wearing a different outfit every time I managed to look at him. Taeyang ripped through a couple of vests, as expected, fans went crazy at all the nakeyness - not me though, as my eyes were fixated on TOP! Who looked absolutely gorgeous without revealing any flesh at all. Even Kerri acknowledged his beauty, and that’s saying something. The majority of photos that were taken were close-ups of him - I regret nothing!
My Thoughts
Where do I begin? I’ve never seen my ultimate favourite band before, so for about 90% of the show I was a hysterical mess. I knew it was going to be great, but I didn’t realise it would be so SO outstanding. It was worth every minute, every penny, even losing my voice for the following day. It was faultless - and I’m not being biased here because they are my favourites. Despite traveling for 14 hours from Korea, they put on a phenomenal performance and I adore them for such dedication.

Many thanks to Emma and Kerri for making this trip a trip to remember and a perfect way to start the Christmas holidays!

Stay Fantastic Baby,
Claudia xo

LONDON

Bonjour,
I meant to write this last week but eh I got lazy and kept putting it off. Which I now realise was silly, because I won’t have as fresh a memory of London if I had written it sooner. Aw well.
I mentioned in my last post that Emma and I were going to London for the weekend! So yes, I have returned and much to share about our travels. I shall summarise each day now...

FUN FRIDAY
I had intended this trip to be stress-free, and if you know me at all, that wouldn’t be easy. Alas, this was not meant to be! Sean the Sat-nav refused to work to navigate us to the airport. Thankfully through trial and error, Emma remembered her bearings and we arrived in plenty of time.
After arriving at Southend round 10am, we took the train in to London and found our way to the hotel. After dumping our suitcases we tubed it to Baker Street, where we went to Sherlock Holmes’ house!
Following that we took a tour on an open top bus and saw all the sights, in comfort. A lot of the areas and buildings were under maintenance, presumably for the Olympics. Generally the city didn’t seem as busy as it usually would so we booked at the perfect time.
That evening, we met Amy and her friends, Matt, Hannah and Jeremy in Piccadilly Circus. We caught up and ate pizza, and then Emma and I went to see Phantom of the Opera. The show was pretty amazing, despite our odd seating. (We were basically looking directly down at the stage?) Definitely a great night out though.

SHOPPING AND SEOUL SATURDAY
First stop on Saturday was Covent Gardens - which is definitely the place to visit over the weekend. Market is open and the place was buzzing that morning. The stores are so cute and there were musicians and performers entertaining the busy shoppers.

I had the bright idea of making Saturday the ‘big Korea day’ so suggested we should eat in a Korean restaurant. After researching online, we discovered a little place off Soho called Seoul Bakery - a dingy little cafe which served Korean dishes. What brought this odd little place to our attention was the fact that both SHINee and Super Junior’s Siwon had ate there, and signed their names on the wall. Not only wanting to see that, we also both lived in hope we would accidentally bump into EXO too.
It certainly was a strange place to eat, and we felt both super awkward going in but were warmly welcomed by the friendly waitress. I ordered some kind of spicy soup and Emma ordered an egg dish - both were yummy. It was bizarre to be eating out and 2NE1 playing in the background, haha.
Before we left, we were given pens and sticky notes and left our memories on the wall, a common practice in Korean cafes. It was a lovely and enjoyable lunch! For the record, no, we didn’t meet EXO.
Next stop was Harrods and Hamleys - both crucial places that must be visited!! Harrods was outstanding, of course. Hamleys - not so much. Emma was convinced she saw Robert Pattinson walk past on Oxford Street, but after following him...yeah it wasn’t him. To my delight, after four years of waiting, I finally visited the Irregular Choice store, it was wonderful! We went to HMV and gasped at the amount of K-Pop CDs they sell now, and I bought Heartbreaker by G-Dragon and 2NE1’s Second album. (In celebration of the holiday.) After wandering about for a few hours, it was soon time to get ready for the concert!

MBC KOREAN CULTURAL FESTIVAL
We took the tube to the O2 Arena and got some weird looks from other K-Pop fans, who were maybe unsure if we were actually fans or not. Not meaning to be stereotypical or anything, but it’s very easy to recognise fandoms. K-Pop fans are an unusual crowd - often spotted with vividly coloured hair, multiple piercings, light-sticks, high-tops etc - and that’s just the girls. The rest of the audience consisted of mainly gay white boys, asian girls and asian girls’ boyfriends. I’m just observing and making assumptions here! Surprisingly Emma and I were some of the more average-looking people there. We dressed to impress! What if we bumped into EXO?? Surely we needed to TRY to look decent beside flawless Kai?
We stood in the line for what seemed like hours after a tasty burger in the arena, talking to a group of girls whom we met at the burger restaurant. Wye Zhi and Leanne, both DBSK fans, were the two Emma and I made friends with. It was so SO bizarre talking to other people about K-Pop though?!? Unfortunately we didn’t get to see any of the girls after the show and didn’t think of getting our photos with them at the time.
FINALLY we got into the indigo2 arena and THE SHOW HAD ALREADY STARTED! After a stressful period of trying to find our seats, we soon realised we only missed one 4minute song - who opened the concert. (I would be more pissed off about this because it was up to o2/concert organisers to open the doors earlier, but again if we cared THAT much we would have been in the queue earlier.)
The atmosphere was tense - the whole building was going CRAZY. Like I’ve seen in shows and live performances how much the audience screamed, but it’s so different when you’re in the crowd. You can’t help but join in. (I lost my voice the next day, whoops! I’m surprised I didn’t go deaf either.)
4MINUTE opened with four songs: Volume Up, Mirror Mirror, Huh and Hot Issue. The girls had stunning silver and black matching outfits on with a shiny jacket and fringed skirt.
In-between the K-pop artists performances, traditional acts kept the audience occupied. The first guy performed stunts and the second was a modernised traditional music group called Queen. They played a variation of beautiful and contemporary songs.
Following that, more traditional male dancers appeared, called the Samulnori team, who skillfully whipped back and forth tassels which were attached to their head? It sounds strange but I was enthralled! Afterwards, a combination of the cultural entertainers performed the classic song, Arirang, wearing traditional Korean dress robes.
Next act up was NORAZO - a comedic and eccentric duo who isn’t the most well-known act of the three, probably gained at least 2000 new fans that night in the U.K! Emma and I were flabbergasted at how awesome these guys performed live. It was a blast - and our hearts melted when we saw how incredible Lee Hyuk’s voice is! They performed Happy Song, Curry, King of Sales and Superman.
Dae2Baek Movement starred next - a dance group who psyched the audience up dancing to songs by Wonder Girls, BAP, T-ARA, U-KISS and of course, BIGBANG. The crowd went MAD when Fantastic Baby played! So awesome! Two of the male dancers teased the audience and the response was wild.
4minute members returned wearing Hanboks (traditional Korean dress) for a fashion show. Other models wore hanboks designed by Park Su Nyeol - who was present in the audience and made an appearance at the end. Although this was very enjoyable I was itching to see EXO, lol.
It was clear I wasn’t the only one, the audience couldn’t contain their excitement and at the end of the fashion show people were chanting “EXO EXO EXO!” Cue a blacked out arena and video titles. What’s funny here is I’m not even a big EXO fan, but I couldn’t help but join in with all the screaming! We were both giddy with excitement!
The boys strutted on stage and History immediately started playing. After much trouser-flapping, sweet moves and lets face it, obvious lip-syncing, they introduced themselves. Well, I THINK they did. Girls were screaming so hard it was hard to decipher what was being said. And I wasn’t quite able to tell them apart, but that’s okay - because my eyes were focused on Kai and his sparkly red vest.
After a stunning performance of Angel, incorporating some sweet-ass ballet moves from my man Kai, EXO finished with MAMA, their debut track. It was absolutely fab! But alas, it was over in a flash - I was expecting them to do another song, but Emma explained that they usually do two, so it’s a surprise they sung Angel. Didn’t mind though because the three they played were absolutely perfect! My ears were ringing and my throat was killing me but heck, it was worth every minute! *adds day to favourite days of life list*

SLEEPY SUNDAY
We took it easy on Sunday - we visited the National Gallery - which was okay for a while then I got bored and began hallucinating that all the paintings were the same (I think I was still on an EXO high so everything else other than Kai just wasn’t worth my time.) I saw Van Gogh and Claude Monet paintings though which was very exciting and caught my attention.
We headed across to the National Portrait Gallery after which focused on modern art and, well portraits. And I saw my first ever real Andy Warhol painting, so it certainly was the icing on top of the cake!
Then basically we had to head home - although it was just a weekend, it was a weekend of epic proportions, squeezing in so many fun happenings, making many fond memories for both of us.

I only have one thing to say...when’s BIGBANG touring?

K-POP MUSIC VIDEOOOOOOOOOOOS

smile
Okay, so I’m getting a bit tired of the other blogging meme. I’ve had lots of work to do lately which involves spending endless hours on the computer, so blogging hasn’t really been my favourite thing to do. Big deadline is just before Christmas and I can’t wait to get everything handed in. I started this blog post a few weeks ago and decided to finish it on my night off.
---
So I started listing my favourite K-Pop music videos - I can’t actually remember what made me want to do this but it seemed like fun.
Then I realised that 25 music videos were a bit much, so here I’m trying to list my ULTIMATE favourite music videos. Like, the absolute BEST. Yes, that’s a very difficult thing to do! And I’m inviting/forcing you to watch them. *o* ENJOY.

In no particular order...

Sorry Sorry - Super Junior
This song and music video was the culprit which introduced me into the world of K-Pop. I’m not sure if the overall music video is anything fantastic or is it just a mixture of affection and nostalgia for me. However it’s unarguably Super Junior’s best comeback and it’s one of the last videos where all 13 were together. (Yeah, 13 members.) Also it’s very, very catchy.
Haru Haru - Big Bang
First of all, it’s Big Bang. If that doesn’t instantly eradicate your conscious into mindless fangirl/boy squealing like it does for me, watch this one and follow a beautiful but soul-destroying story about two guys’ relationship with a girl. I’m not going to give anything away but get tissues.
Go Away - 2NE1
Okayy this video stars my all-time favourite female k-pop star CL, leader of girl-group 2NE1. (To Anyone or Twenty One). 2NE1 are like a sister group to BIGBANG because they are part of the same company, YG Entertainment. 2NE1 are my in my favourites because they are bold, quirky and haven’t the typical pretty appearance like most female artists, see Girls Generation or Wonder Girls etc. They stand out and aren’t afraid to be different, and also their tunes are CLASS! I could talk about them all day, but I need to remain focused and examine the video. I chose this one because it shows how badass they are, especially CL’s fierceness and individuality which I was trying to explain before. Also, their style is amazing.
This video was released in 2010 as part of their To Anyone album - so if you’re looking something new to listen to, I highly recommend it because I love every song.
Soooo, basically CL breaks up with her boyfriend (lol he looks female) and she is devastated. She seeks revenge and attempts to beat him in a race and fails, then she visits him at her house and he beats the living crap outta her (seriously), then she races him again... and then you can see what happens after that. I don’t want to give anything away. Incredible video but still...frustrating.
Roly Poly - T-ARA
Okay this one is so much fun. “Roly Poly” is an utterly addictive retro track with a fantastic music video to match. This M.V effectively imitates the seventies’ trend and T-ARA looks fabulous moving to the groovy choreography. You’ll have it on repeat.

Ring Ding Dong - SHINee
I initially heard this song about two years ago now and I still spontaneously sing a bit of it every day. This will be, without a doubt, the most catchy song you will ever, EVER hear. Like it or not, with one listens only once, it will be trapped in your head forever. To ensure this is permanent - the music video must also be viewed, meaning you can dance along. SHINee are, dare I say it, the One Direction of Korea - they have a band member to suit every girl’s taste. Except SHINee can dance with coordination and resilience! And in water too! Yes, SHINee are probably the best boyband out there at the minute. I lovvee this video. Fantastically elastic.

Mirotic - DBSK
If you like nakey men dancing sexy watch this. This was DBSK’s last comeback before they dissolved and WHAT A SHAME that was!! This video is captivatingly beautiful - it’s passionate and to put it bluntly, arousing. Yes, it’s rather sexualized with all their sexy moves and provocative outfits....but none of us really mind...good job SM Entertainment, good job.

Gee - Girls Generation
Just to point out the obvious comparisons between 2NE1 and every other girl group, here are Girls Generation - in other words, the goddesses of Korea. I find Girls Gen, or SNSD for their Korean name (So Nyuh Shi Dae) too skinny and fake, but most other boys in the world think otherwise. Despite this, I still like them and like their music too. This was the first music video of their’s that I watched but still think it’s one of their best. It’s cute and endearing and so typically asian. And, believe it or not, it’s catchy - I wish there was another word for catchy but I can’t think of one. But that’s exactly what it is. Ladies, prepare to hate your figures.

Butterfly - G-Dragon
In case you didn’t know, I’m very much YG biased, so I totally adore and support BigBang and 2NE1. As much as I love SHINee, I struggle to like SM Entertainment because they treat their artists like slaves, and I feel they have no freedom making their own music, unlike YG. Can’t remember why I started writing that sentence but G-Dragon, incase you didn’t know, is the leader of BIGBANG. In 2009, the members took a break and released individual singles. GD released the wonderful Heartbreaker album, another one of my favourite CDs which I could listen to the whole way through. He released this pretty song in late October. If you are into Anime and all that, I highly recommend this, because this MV is breathtakingly beautiful. GD is propelled into an animated world and meets a girl who falls for him. (Probably because of his gorgeous smile, how is he so pretty...) The odd thing here is how he’s the only one not animated, but his whole appearance makes it look like he is? It boggles my mind. Anyway it’s super cute and if you’re into the whole Anime art it would be worthwhile to have a lookie, I know Mary-Jane adores this.
Lucifer - SHINee
More SHINee - don’t be surprised. These guys released a Korean version of Lucifer in 2010, then a Japanese one a couple of months ago in 2011. My advice here is to watch the Korean first and take that in - it’s not as catchy as Ring Ding Dong - but after many listens I love it too. The highlight of this one is definitely Taemin’s hair - surprisingly gorgeous, and I want it! The outfits and hairstyles are a bit off (cough, Minho) but the choreography is fierce.
Having said that, in my opinion, the Japanese one is a TRILLION times better! Yes! You may wonder how SHINee could get ANY better but like, wow, the stylists actually got the hair and style 100%. It’s been like 9 weeks ago since they released it and I’m still geeking out. They look FLAWLESS. The cinematography is stunning - the varying pace in the speed of the image is absolutely perfect - I say this because it would be so complicated to get accurate in a fast-paced song. These impeded shots can reveal breath-taking close-ups of the boys’ singing and their movements - AND equal screen-time too, oh it’s faultless!

So I hope you are now thinking “Wow Claudia, that was fantastic! Thank you for recommending such wonderful and beautiful music videos to me!”
And if you don’t feel that, watch them all again.

WISHES ONE

“When you wish upon a star

Makes no difference who you are

Anything your heart desires

Will come to you”

Firstly, I would like to say that I’m not copying James’ idea.

Secondly, I would like to say the first sentence was a lie.

Today begins the Wish blog post.

I think one of the worst things about growing up is that we stop wishing for things because it’s realised wishing does not work and we have to face up to reality. I detest maturity so I will discuss my most treasured wishes and dreams that I desire.

I wish for...health for my family present and future.

This really goes without explanation, but Mum always told me that your health is one of the most precious things you’ll have. So Mr Genie, I wish for good health.

I wish for... the perfect man and to be eternally happy.

I feel I am losing hope in ever finding a man, I must confess. And yes, I know I am still young, but most married couples meet or start dating in their late teens/early twenties and this fact distresses me greatly because I am ALONE!! And in all seriousness, I would prefer just to settle down and get married than go to university. But where I exist, no man takes my fancy. (being fussy is my downfall and the explanation for my singleness #claudiaisfussy) so I am optimistic that university will open some doors in the dating world.

So I wish for some decent guy to sweep me off my feet. (If he’s strong enough that is.)

I wish that...I would win reasonable amount of money.

I think if I had unlimited wealth I would be very discontent, so instead I have wished to win a rational amount of money that would allow me to survive a standard way of living in the future. Something that would allow me to pay off a mortgage, a student loan or assist in build a house. Then I would still have to work to afford luxuries. Seems like a fair deal to me.

I wish...that I could play the violin.

Sadly, I have no interest in music since being forced to play piano as a child. “Claudia, playing piano is simple maths! Just count the beats as you play!” “I HATE MATHS. I HATE PIANO LESSONS. I HATE EVERYTHING. LEAVE ME ALONE” This caused so much anger and dispute I refused to learn anything else after that. Regrettably, I really do wish that I could play the violin.

I think violins are the best musical instruments in existence. There is nothing more attractive than a someone who can play a string instrument: they look very elegant and composed, it’s so engaging. Love it!

I wish for...a walk-in wardrobe.

To put this simply, I’ve wanted a walk-in wardrobe for many years of my life. The first time such a notion came into my head was when I was watching the ‘Sex and the City’ film with Emma N. When I saw Carrie Bradshaw’s new wardrobe that Mr Big gave her I died inside. There’s so much space to hold everything, and I could change clothes in my wardrobe area without garments flying everywhere and getting lost all over the place.

I wish for...my student loan to be paid off.

I haven’t even started university yet, and already I’m thinking of the debts that will troll me for the rest of my working life. I do not like worry, and would like all these silly debts to vanish.

I wish...I could be able to turn invisible at will.

I think having the power to turn invisible would come in very handy in certain situations. Sneaking in places and listening to people’s conversations could be interesting...but perhaps disturbing too.

I wish...I could travel to Korea/travel without worry.

I’m not sure if you knew this, but I would like to go to Korea?! (Sorry, I’m not very good at sarcasm, baha)

I know it would never happen because 1. It’s a lot of money. 2. I have no-one to go with. 3. It would be difficult to prepare. 4. I’m too afraid!

As much as I love my family, I feel slightly burdened that I have been so overprotected! Now I’m older I feel as though I am incapable of doing anything on my own which makes everything very frightening.

I just wish I could go there without all the hassle from everyone. :-/

I wish....I could become a metamorphmagus.

Only if you are cool enough would you know what this is. If you know who Nymphadora Tonks is (Ha! If, everyone should know who Tonks is!) Tonks is able to change her appearance at will. Imagine how awesome and useful that would be?? I could customise my hair colour and style to match my outfits!

Part 2 will continue....soon.

BOYS OVER ✿✿✿ [k-DRAMA]

Hello friends,

So the real reason to why I have not been as focused on my blogging ritual is because I have engrossed myself in an interest which has taken up all possible Claudblog time that would usually occur between 7pm to 1am everyday.

This crook is known as ‘Boys Over Flowers', which I like to call BOF for short.

As you probably guessed from the completely gay title, BOF a Korean Drama that I’m completely HOOKED on.

Although it was broadcasted a couple of years ago, as expected I’m late starting to watch it because my K-raze started in late 2009.

However it’s the top Korean drama on the DramaCrazy.com chart so I guessed I may give it a shot because I needed something to top IRIS last summer.

This series became a huge hit in Asia with the cast rising to stardom appearing in many advertisements. I am on episode 8 of 25 and already I am fixated on the show. (Actually as I type right now I’m pondering what will happen in episode 9 from the cliffhanger left in 8.)

To summarise, a poor, lower-class girl called Jan Di is given the opportunity to attend the most esteemed high school in South Korea: Shinhwa High.

There are a group at the school who are the most popular, wealthy and attractive students at the school. Basically, these four guys (Called the F4) are treated as idols, even when they walk along all the girls are swooning at their feet. They treat the rest of the student body like crap but are too powerful and sexy to be stopped. Oh yeah.

Being a poor Dry Cleaner’s daughter, Jan Di is the new target of the F4 boys. They force the whole of Shinhwa High to turn against her and mistreat her (and no doubt, they are mean) but our heroine Jan Di is an unstoppable woman, and SOMEHOW two of the members fall in love with her. She feels conflicted to who she loves most: Jun Pyo (curly haired angry boss) or Ji Hoo (blonde, depressed guy with a killer smile)

Here is a short Claudia styled synopsis on each of the characters.

Jan Di

Jan Di is the main female role in the drama. Known mostly as the ‘Commoner’, Jan Di remains headstrong despite being unpopular in her school environment. She stands strong to her values and remains loyal to her friends and family members. Her character is strong and courageous, which sweeps the arrogant and powerful F4 leader, Jun Pyo off his feet.

Personally, I find Jan Di extremely annoying at the beginning because SHE WOULDN’T STOP SHOUTING. She just shouted ALL the time. And when she pouts I want to slap her, she can be a big child and what annoys me most is she DOESN’T APPRECIATE all the cool rich things the guy can do for her!! Like, she has two of the hottest guys fighting over her and she completely FAILS at choosing which one she likes best. (But I guess that adds to the suspense in the drama?) I also am not keen on her hair cut, but I suppose that’s part of her distinction between the other characters. At some angles she looks like G-Dragon in drag, but I’ll let that go on unnoticed.

F4 Member #1: Jun Pyo

GOSH I hated this guy at the start now I absolutely adore him! Mean, arrogant and rich: just the way I like my men!! Jun Pyo (Actor Lee Min Ho) is the leader of the F4 and heir to the Shinhwa empire. He torments Jan Di consistently throughout the first few episodes, then begins to fall in love with her. And WOW his legs are so long, dang. I thoroughly enjoy his arguments with Jan Di and mad mood swings, it’s pretty hot. He’s just super mean and personally I find him hilarious.

F4 Member #2: Ji Hoo

Kim Hyun Joong is well known in real life as a singer in the K-Pop group SS501. In the show, Ji Hoo is another member of the F4 and causes the confliction in Jan Di’s heart. He is Jun Pyo’s best friend and Jan Di’s first love. Ji Hoo is musically inclined and you will always recognize him due to his light hair, big lips and gorgeous smile which makes me scream a lot. Ji Hoo is always wearing the colour white. (Jun Pyo always wears black, get it?) Think he’s meant to be the Prince Charming while Jun Pyo is the byronic hero. (Can’t believe I used that word outside an English classroom.)

Although I do like Ji Hoo he does irratated me because he can be pretty moody and sombre. However, his character had a rough past (he lost his parents and watched his mum burn in a car accident) so I suppose I could let that go.

F4 Member #3: Yi Jung

Yi Jung is DA PLAYER of the F4. Gosh I’ve never seen someone act so charming before. Yes, he is most definitely a playboy by his knack for sweet words and is capable of sweet-talking any woman when he needs to. Undoubtedly, I have fallen for him too. He plays the saxophone, and as Jared said as he watched a part of it: “Less talk, more sax!”

I love the relationship developing between him and Jan Di’s best friend, it’s super cute.

F4 Member #4: Woo Bin

Blah, last member of F4. The one I have little care for because the other three are so much better. He really has a small role in the show but appears to be the most-skilled at everything. He keeps the peace among the F4 members. It’s also hinted that his family has important connections in an underground location: the mafia. Haha. Anyway carry on.

Here are a few more that I should probably mention:

Ga Eul: Jan Di’s best friend who is sooo pretty. I am anticipating a relationship between the player Yi Jung, and her to form soon.

Ill Bong and Gong Joo: (These names are confusing and amusing me too) Jan Di’s father and mother. They are crazy but a loving family together.

Kang Sang: Jan Di’s little brother, probably the most ADORABLE child in the world. Look at him!! So so SO SO CUTE. Love this wee guy.

Hye Yeong: (President Kang) She is Jun Pyo’s mother who is basically an evil witch who attempts to separate Jan Di from her son. She is President of the Shinhwa company and vehemently opposes Jan Di because she is poor and not accepted in society. I think she looks very well for her age. lmao.

Mean Girls: Names don’t really matter here but these three school girls are really nasty to Jan Di because she becomes friendly with the F4 boys and they are jealous. Unfortunately as I read up on this I found out that one of the actresses committed suicide due to depression. How tragic. :(

AHH the more I read these cast members I am beginning to see spoilers so unfortunately I must stop now!!

I hope that was informative for all those who enjoy my little posts on subjects nobody cares about! ^^ I feel that most of these pictures do not show the beauty of the characters in all their glory but if are ever bored, go onto Drama Crazy and watch the show. ;)

WANTED

I think being away from friends and staying at home for a few days really does something to my brain. I need to get out places so I don’t go mad: waking early, dancing insanely on the trampoline, single-handedly making the school yearbook and most importantly: living online until 3am (This is being done as I type this).

Sure, I love being off for Easter, a few days away from it all is great. ‘Cept I’m stuck studying and being forbidden to go out or do anything fun or else I will fail everything. School is good to just get away from stupid home tasks like ironing and emptying the dishwasher.

I think I may die next year when I have no school to go to. Who will I talk to when everyone is galavanting away to uni, making new friends and living in BELFAST while I crack up in Newry tech doing art!?

As Harry would say, “Hogwarts is my home!” Well except K.H.S is definitely not my home, it doesn't have wi-fi. But I’m pretty sure I’m going to miss it a lot.

Screw you all accepting that you are going to leave it and not come back, all those stupid speeches about “Yes! I am prepared to move on with my head held high!! I will not look back to the days as a secondary school student!” YOU all have futures ahead of you in pretty places like Queens doing exactly what you planned out these past months.

Frig knows what I’m doing. University of Ulster crushed my dreams!

Screw Uni. Screw y’all. I’m going to be better than everyone! I shall be successful, rich and as Block B would say “Wanna be famous, you wanna be GORGEOUS!” I shall travel the world and become an icon. I will star in films with Johnny Depp and adopt beautiful babies like Angelina Jolie. I will become an international blogging superstar, with over 3 million views per minute. I will learn to dance. And most importantly, I will not get my driving test, but use the money I need for lessons, pre-test and test to spend on a chauffeur who can take me to where-ever I need to go. Good plan!

However, I’m away off on a tangent today. This is not the focus topic in today’s post. (See, I told you I have gone crazy.) All I wanted to blog about was things that were floating around in mind recently! While I was mindlessly studying or doing chores or talking/singing to myself.

The Wanted

What’s this? Claudia is listening to a group that sing in English? What has happened? To be honest, I don’t know. It might just be a phase. Or maybe it’s the extremely delicious member, Siva Kaneswaran...who knows. No actually, I really like their music at the moment.

Yoochun

This silly boy has taken over my desktop/head/life. I have a feeling I must have dreamt about him and subconsciously have fallen for him. Get out of here!

France

I blogged about this a while ago, but SM Town (SM Entertainment, Korea’s biggest record company) is touring in France. I have convinced myself that I am going, despite not being allowed and Emma being unable to because of her exams. Fingers crossed it will be London next year.

Teen Top/Dalmatian

My two new favourite K-Pop groups. Inati from Dalmatian is gorg but turns out he is 30. He doesn’t look 30 AT ALL. And I love wee Niel from Teen Top, he would melt your heart! (Yes, he’s just a child.)

Weight

I am determined to lose weight. Slimming World is going well and earlier I was comparing K-Pop guys’ weights to mine. Seriously, they are SO thin! Look at my statistics! I think my results are quite inaccurate, because there are some that should be much heavier/lighter than others. (Click on the link of their name to see what they look like and guess their weight in stone and lbs, then highlight the area and see what it actually is.) It’s crazy! They must be famished!

Yoochun from DBSK:

9 stone 4lbs.

T.O.P from Big Bang:

10 stone 2lbs. Pure man lah.

Jaejoong from DBSK:

9 stone 9lbs.

Changmin from DBSK:

9 stone 6lbs.

Shindong from Suju:

14 stone

Junsu from DBSK:

9 stone 9lbs. He has slightly wider shoulders..but he couldn't be the same as Jaejoong!!

U-Know from DBSK:

10 stone 3lbs.

Kangin from Suju:

11 stone

G Dragon from Big Bang:

9 stone

Taeyang from Big Bang:

8 stone 8lbs. (Lighter than G-Dragon, really?? With muscle.. I don't understand.)

Daesung from Big Bang:

9 stone 9lbs.

Taemin from SHINee:

7 stone. OMG, feed him now. He is still a baby, who needs to grow. :O

It took me longer finding them pictures for the hyperlinks than making the rest of this post. It's very late.

Goodnight.

CRINGE!

Since the Best Fashion blog was a hoot to write, I am going to write another one. Except this one is going to be HILARIOUS, because it’s the WORST fashion in K-Pop. Properly. Not another James version.
This really goes without explanation, but I like doing introductions to my posts. (Even if no-one reads what I write) As I said before, Korea has a unique and interesting sense of style for their idols. Many would wear such things that we wouldn’t dare to, or even sell for that matter.
Of course, this is often taken too far. Stylists go a bit over the top and these poor men and women are forced to wear the most hideous things. I have researched this and attempted to gather the best of the worst. Enjoy.

KARA
I was arranging the photos there in the folder known as “Bad” on my desktop. The plan was to place them in not-so-bad to completely awful. This mission failed because it was just too difficult to put them in order. They are ALL bad.
Look at KARA here. MY WORD, why can I see bras, odd tight colours and WTF is wrong with the girl at the end’s body shape.

TVXQ- Keep Your Head Down Suits
This is what is left of the DBSK after they ‘dissolved.’ For all you clueless people, the 5 piece group broke up in 2008 after 3 of them filled a case against their management (SM Entertainment) for making them work too hard. (rightly so!) The other three created a new group called JYJ while Changmin and Yunho remained with SM. And as you can all see, the torture continues for these two BECAUSE OF THESE SUITS WHAT THE FLIP IT’S THE MOST HIDEOUS THING I’VE EVER SET MY EYES ON. (So far...)

Poor Yunho. o_O Keep Your Head Down Yunho! (LOL PUN)

G Dragon, Perm Boy.
Oh dear, I see so many things wrong with this outfit. Everything actually. He’s like an old English school boy that has moved on to enroll in Pimp Academy. Ahh, it’s so tacky. I actually want to cry.

2NE1 Lollipop
In my head, I think 2NE1 are the best dressed girls, but also the worst. You saw that their clothes were a bit iffy in the GOOD post, but now imagine them in the BAD post. See here how sickly colourful and mismatched they are. However I do think they can get away with this look more than other groups could.

Guy with Wings
Curses, I did not save his name on this file so I don’t know who it is. Bleugh. By my guess, he looks like a 2PM member or maybe BEAST. If you know please tell me because it’s bugging me now. OR is it G-Dragon????? Looks like him too! :S
Whoever it is, the point is this guy has fur attached to the lower part of his arm. And that looks silly.

Park Bom
Poor Girl. POOR POOR GIRL. Who’s idea was it to dress her like this? It is indecent!

G-Dragon ripped to shreds
You may have noticed a common occurrence of this guy here, and yes, there is more to come. G-Drag has had more fashion disasters than anyone, ever. If this denim wasn’t ugly enough, look at the arms of that. How did he even put it on? Did his hand not get caught in the strands...

DBSK
Oh cry forever. Cry cry cry cry cry. To share the tears with me, or to understand at least why I am crying, look at the photo I had uploaded in the Best Dressed post. Yup, same guys, same order they are standing in too. It’s so disturbing, but kinda funny. XD

G-Dragon.....again
I think we would be crying too if we had to sing on stage with a fringe and a hood like that. For some reason it reminds me of Gaga, gone completely wrong. And that’s saying something.

Yejun from F.Cuz
Honestly if I was him I would kill his stylist.

G-Dragon for the fourth time!
Big Bang (G-Dragon is the leader) and 2NE1 done a collaboration for the Lollipop music video. So I suppose the 2NE1 image and this does match. But c’mon, why put a boy in a pink boiler suit. With a shirt and tie. He looks like my dog.

G-Dragon in a kilt.
I think this outfit from the head to the waist is actually pretty good, but then after that....

T.O.P
Oh DEAREO. T.O.P has a hairband on. He is wearing it the way I would when I am getting ready in the mornings when I am applying foundation.
Thankfully he has a beautiful face..but his hair is like, white. -.- Yay, he is wearing glasses! Amen to that!
Okay let’s scan down. Jacket and shirt, yes it looks nice despite the strange headpiece.. and okay..what wat wot...WHAT KIND OF TROUSERS ARE THEY. He looks so uncomfortable.
I like his ring though.

Jaejoong
Haha you are all perverts. I think if he didn’t have a good body this would be just disgusting. Well more disgusting than what it actually is.
It’s sexy though, right?
I JOKE. (or do I?)
Are those gloves leather?

And for the winner of this lousy competition: CHOI SIWON!!!!
There isn’t even a point of explaining this, y’all can see how silly this looks!
LOLLING FOREVER.

I can imagine I will look back at this post and cringe that I would write such a thing!
However that was fun.
- Claudia out.
