ANALYSIS

A few more...

What do like and dislike about yourself:
☺ I like that I make myself laugh.
☺ I like that I don’t follow the crowd.
☺ I like that I am polite.
☺ I like the way I style my clothes together.
☺ I like how silly I am.
☺ I like that I don’t care what other people think of me.

☹ I dislike that I am not skinny.
☹ I dislike that I can be incredibly vain.
☹ I dislike that I look so derpy in unexpected photographs.
☹ I dislike how much I criticise myself.
☹ I dislike that I cannot share anything.
☹ I dislike that I have a short temper.

Someone or something you definitely could live without.
Social Networking and eBay - to live without it would benefit my well-being and my bank account.

Something or someone you couldn’t live without, because you’ve tried living without it.
Tea - this really doesn’t need an explanation because tea is love.

What is your favorite part of your body and why?
My favourite part of my body is my face - it’s rather photogenic and acne-free.

What do you think people misunderstand most about you?
They think I’m a rich snob because of my stuck-up face, the way I dress and the stuff I have. Or they think I’m very quiet and nice - that’s not really true either. I don’t want to be one of those boring, sweet girls with no personality...mehhh.

What is the thing you most wish you were great at?
I wish I could dance. I am extremely jealous of people of people who just look so cool dancing. I feel super awkward, clumsy and embarrassed - I’ll probably end up doing the Cha Cha Slide at my wedding reception.

ABOUT ME (MEME TIME!)

Post a picture of yourself and introduce yourself:
This was taken today so it’s as recent as it’s gonna get. Hello I am Claudia - but you all should know that by now. I’m hoping to get these new glasses, do you like them?

List 10 random facts about yourself:
♦ I really, really love baked beans.
♦ I have OCD when it comes to matching and arranging things.
♦ I always have my nails painted.
♦ I’d say I have about 300 photos up on my walls at home.
♦ I love doing the weekly grocery shop.
♦ I get really excited getting post.
♦ I fall for people far too easily.
♦ My pet-hate is when someone has the same stuff as me or copies me.
♦ My favourite time of year is between October - December.
♦ I only got my ears pierced last year - when I was 18.

List 3 people who have influenced you and describe how.
I shall only list one. This person is my Mother - who has been continually loving, positive, realistic and helped me make many important decisions in my life.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be and what would you do with it first?
Invisibility! #stalker

Describe your most embarrassing moment/An awkward moment that happened today or in the past:
I slipped and fell on stage in one of my high school’s musicals a couple of years ago - I usually say this is my embarrassing moment but the funny thing is I don’t remember it happening.

Describe 3 legitimate fears you have and explain how they became fears.
Spiders - This is a rather obvious one because so many people don’t like spiders. They are gross.
Dark, enclosed spaces - I think have a problem because both my Granny and Mum are claustrophobic in small enclosed places. I go weak at the knees and panic a lot when I’m in the dark and I’m ten times worse in a dark, small closed-in area. So I think I am claustrophobic. :(
Dying in a car accident - When I’m out on my own driving I always think of Jordan and it scares me if something like that happened to me. I mean this in the least selfish way possible.

Describe your relationship with your parents.
Really good actually - which I’ve always been very thankful for. Mum and I would be very close - we would have a lot in common and would talk a lot. She’s like an older sister in a way because she’s more modern than most women her age. She expects good behaviour from Jared and I and would discipline us fairly, not that we’d do much wrong anyway.
However she talks too much though, and always thinks she’s right, even if she’s wrong. Both these can be very tiresome and causes problems in the house, more with Jared than me. (Because he also thinks he’s right, so there is conflict.) Having said that, she’s good fun to be with and a brilliant mother because I can’t imagine I would be the easiest person to live with either!
Dad’s more quiet around the house - he always looks like he is deep in thought. He can be very amusing and talks a lot when he’s in the right notion. He is very, very kind - his gruff exterior makes that difficult to see sometimes though. That’s not a bad thing though, I know his heart is in the right place. Me and him have had good laughs.
He works hard, probably too hard. Sometimes I wish that he would spend more time with us - and just abandon what must be done and take the opportunity when it’s here. Yes I understand work is important but it saddens me. That’s what annoys me most about my parents. I almost need to kick them up the ass just to get a day arranged to do anything. Dad can’t take off work often. We haven’t had a holiday for years. Surely we should make the most of these precious times together before it’s too late? It’s so difficult to get them motivated to do something extravagant or out of the ordinary - they are so set in their ways! It’s very frustrating.
However they both work hard and want to thank them for being amazing parents, sending and funding us to do everything from swimming, music lessons and speech and drama, prevailing us to do things we thought we could never accomplish and finally always always supporting, loving and caring for us.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?
*Shrugs* I really don’t know - I can’t imagine myself living anywhere in particular and the idea of living far away never appealed to me. Sorry, I am terribly boring.

Favorite Quotes:
"When looking for a husband or wife, here’s my advice: Run towards the Lord as fast as you can. If someone can keep up with you, introduce yourself." - Professor J. Jung

I read this quote frequently because there’s so much depth and wisdom in it that applies to my own life right now. I’m at that age where I maybe, maybe have or am about to meet the man I will marry - imagine that? Although this concept constantly meddles with my mind, I need to remember that God is in charge, and he will provide if the timing is right. This quote is perfect when my mind gets carried away and I forget that it's all up to God what happens.

“She is out there. My Cinderella. She is real. She exists. I pray for her constantly. May God satisfy the desires of her heart, draw her close, consume her. May He claim her passions, her identity, her refuge, her hopes, her strengths and weaknesses, every fiber of her being. May she treasure and cherish her Saviour more than anything of this world and cling to His will with every ounce of her stamina. By all that she is, does, and strives to be, may He draw near to her and she to Him.” - Adam Young

This is another encouraging quote and messes with my emotions quite a lot when I read it. Maybe this is another #Claudiaisfussy moment but wow, to find a guy that would think of his future wife like that would be glorious. I simply don’t want to waste my life on other guys if I knew he cared for me like this! It gives me goosebumps.

If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
I would like to be a parrot because they are colourful and can fly.

What is your dream job, and why?
I have a number of jobs that I secretly would like to do - I don’t tell many people of these plans because I don’t know what I’m meant to be doing with my life and I’m not really a career-ambitious person. However I shall spill the beans with you today since it’s part of the meme:
Teacher - Believe it or not, I’ve always had it in my mind to be a teacher. I love kids - they are so cool and I want to inspire them! The whole idea of teaching something I like really appeals to me though - like even teaching others to use photoshop or computer programs would be class, because I would be passionate at what I’m teaching - and that’s important.
Boss of a Big Business
- I’m a good leader when I know what I’m talking about. I would love to be a boss of a magazine company or something I actually care about. Y‘know, just looking good and bossing people around - a bit like Miranda Priestly. Power is fun. And I may have money too, which would be a nice bonus. But most importantly I would have a career at something I’m good at and know what I’m talking about.
Part Time Graphic Designer - Although I love the idea of a big office job, I would be just as happy (actually, probably happier because I wouldn’t be dying of stress) being a housewife and doing some part-time graphic/web design and animation. Like my own little mini business. So I’d have a bit of income but can work when suits me, and also would be able to keep house and spend time with my children.

Yey.

16 YEAR OLD ME...

List 10 things (warnings) you would tell your 16 year-old self, if you could.
TERRIFYING PHOTOSHOPPED IMAGE.
  1. Don’t listen to what anyone else says - if you like the Jonas Brothers, that’s okay. (Because you'll grow out of it.)
  2. G.C.S.Es are not difficult, however, A-Levels are. Brace yourself.
  3. Don’t worry about getting a boyfriend. Because you’re still gonna be single at 19 anyway lol.
  4. Keep growing your hair - I know it looks silly now, but it’ll get better.
  5. Start learning to drive the day you turn 17.
  6. Do NOT drink that water from the bottle you found in your bag that day in the gym - it will make you sick the next day - yeah and that day would be G.C.S.E results day, of course.
  7. Over the summer you’re going to learn what K-Pop is. That’s a warning by the way.
  8. DON’T WEAR CONTACT LENSES EVERYDAY. Eye ulcers are NOT pretty.
  9. Stop fighting with your friends over silly things - it’s just not worth it. Actually, appreciate them when you still have them.
  10. You’re only young once - after this life becomes more complicated. Enjoy being silly.

DIGITAL IMAGING

Well lads,
Feels like a long time since I’ve been blogging properly. I’ve done a couple of memes but most of them were written a couple of weeks before posted because I knew I was going to be so busy.
However I am now FREE from the clutches of Digital Imaging coursework (but shall return to it with open arms in February.)
I must admit I thoroughly enjoyed working on this piece of coursework - it mirrors how Art is, except BETTER- research, experiment and final piece - except this time the final piece is not a painting or sculpture, but a photoshop piece.

Claudia + Art + Computers = ♥ LOVE

If that wasn’t fun enough for silly old me, we also were able to make a book!! Those who can recall my psychotic takeover on producing the Upper 6th Yearbook can imagine a similar behaviour which occurred for this project.
We used a company called Blurb to publish our book and mine should arrive in the post on the 5th January.
I’m very pleased with the way mine has turned out - and although my class mates are cursing under their breath as they continue to work on theirs - I am now free to enjoy my Christmas holidays!

Above is a .jpeg of the cover - and below is an embedded link if you would like to read or look at it.

Merry Christmas everyone! I shall update with my goodies next week.

A PHOTO POST...

I was dying for Emma to post hers because I knew she was doing this meme but she forbade me to do it before her. Now that she has posted hers, it is now my turn.
Oh! I really should explain myself, Yes, this is another meme post that was stolen from the almighty tumblr. This time you need to answer with pictures. Let's begin.

Post picture/Give short appearance description:
I feel like such a prat taking a photo of myself, but here you go.
I look stupid but this was the best out of the selection that were taken.

Favourite mythical creature:
I don’t think I know any mythical creatures. This is a stupid question. Here is a unicorn.

Popular series you don’t like:
I hate Charlie Sheen.

Favourite animal:
Zebras are the coolest! I saw them at the zoo and they just are so awesome. I also love a variety of birds too.
Biggest Fears:
Public Transport, Spiders and being forever alone.

Things you like to collect:

Autographs!
No, these are not autographs, I know. But I don't have any photos of my autographs but plan to take some to show you in a future post - where I'll discuss how long it took to get a response etc....

A random interesting/weird fact:
Do you know why DVDs have larger cases than CDs, despite them holding the same type and size of disk? The manufacturers made the height and width of DVD cases to match that of VHS so stores didn't have to change their shelves for the switch. What a fun fact!!!

 Favourite Gaming Console:
Xbox360 - although I haven’t played it as much as I used to, still like it though.

The next part is more interesting...I promise.

OTHER MEME BLAH

Emma
Three things I want to say to three different people:
Person 1
Hi, we have similar glasses and I think you’re cute but possibly gay. Don’t care, you look like Joe Jonas and I like that and we should at least have a photo together so I can set it as my Facebook profile pic and I will feel extremely awesome about it. Oh, also, you’re foreign. Call me: I AM INTERESTED. (OJ)

Person 2
Gurl. How can I write you a letter as good as the one you sent me? You are a rascal. Alas! You are also GONE! I am so very sad! We better keep in contact or I’ll get Assassin Vick on your tail. (But perhaps that’s a good thing?!)

Person 3
Jordan, I miss you and there’s some things I want to tell you.
  • There’s also a cute Asian at our CU! We have one each.
  • I have a photo of the two of us, it’s a bit ripped because it was with you at the time but now it’s in a frame down at uni with me. It’s really nice, I love it.
  • Your family read your blog!! I know you would have freaked out about that. It’s very comforting though for us.
  • Guess who I met last week, and it’s the same person who was there on Wednesday too...We all went CRAZY!
  • Our friendship group has been rekindled!!
  • One Direction tickets went on sale last week, we totally could have went to that. I remember you said you liked them that day we went to Belfast together.
  • You’re name was all over Facebook, yes we were all very sad :( But some people said things and I knew you would have laughed. Or maybe would get angry, haha.
  • One of my recommended people to follow on Twitter was Zoosk, hahaha. 'sexbag'
  • You’re mum found a wee note in your room, yes.. that note! Amy and I lol’d.
  • 3 words: Hot steamy men.
  • Did you ever hear the story of Mrs Matthews and Naomi in the school library? CLOL.
  • I miss talking to you on Twitter.
  • I've had 7 haircuts this year so far. I was keeping document of it so I could tell you at the end of the year. (Because of our conversation from like last January in the container.)
  • Were you always pretty? Why didn’t I ever tell you that?
  • NANCY!!! MOTHMAN!!
  • I think of you every time I make toast.
I know you’re having a fantastic time, and in due time, we shall meet again,
Claudia x

5 Things I like about myself and 5 things I dislike:
  • Fairly sociable.
  • A random selection of laughs.
  • That my hair curls naturally when I wash it and looks pretty decent.
  • I can laugh at my silliness.
  • My ability to adapt easily.
  • Discoloured teeth.
  • A non-existent metabolism.
  • A sharp tongue and bad temper.
  • Occasional bad language.
  • My vacant expression which people often interpret as anger or sadness.
Three things I want right now:
1. Big Bang to win their EMA. Ho ho ho.
2. A haircut.
...Weird. I don’t actually want anything else.

Mary-Jane
One of my insecurities:
Being extremely awkward with some people: when I don’t know what to say, then when I try to speak my words get all tongue-twisted. I get very paranoid about that.

What turns me on:
Long legs.
Guys in suits.
Strong jawlines.
Guys who smell good.
Nice teeth.
Deep voice.
Dark eyes.
Long, dark hair.
Glasses.

I can imagine May-Jay’s response to this: “So... basically.... most men.”

Who I wish I could be:
Funny, I don’t wish to be anyone different. I assume I will mature as I get older but I quite like myself the way I am. My only request is that my faith will grow, which can be difficult in university life.

MEME BLAH

i think: Mainly my thoughts consist of things to do, k-pop and blogging ideas. And if not that it would be repetitive song lyrics in my head.

i know: I need to work extremely hard for my course this year. So much to do but I’M VERY EXCITED! :D

i want: clothes, shoes and perhaps a new handbag. Oh, and a pair of Dr Dre Solo HDs - top of my Christmas list right now. And money. And everything.

i have: 16 autographs now! When I receive more I hope to make a fabulous blog post about it. Mum also told me there are three at home that I still need to open. I’m excited.

i wish: I had whiter teeth and a better figure.

i hate: rude people and poor manners.

i miss: Jordan, but that’s understandable. I’d rather not blog about this for a while to be honest.

i fear: landing in some serious debt in the future.

i feel: awesome most of the time. Unless I’m being quiet, that’s when you should not attempt to speak to me.

i hear: music blaring from my iTunes. Did you know only 31% of my iTunes library is k-pop? Yes, it surprised me too.

i smell: of “Sex and the City: KISS” which I claimed for free on my O2 surprises.

i crave: biscuits and cereal. I swear I’ve never ate so much junk in my life since I’ve arrived here. :( Cry.

i search: korean guys on google images.

i wonder: why I wasn’t able to tell Key and Onew from SHINee apart when I was learning their names??

i regret: not speaking to that cute guy I saw in uni when he smiled at me. Alas, I ran away because I am shy.

i love: random things, like high resolution photographs and videos, getting post and unusual jewelry.

i care: for Jared. Hurt him and I’ll knock your brain out.

i always: colour-coordinate my jewelry to match my outfits.

i am not: as intimidating as people seem to think? I am a dead on person, really. Maybe just a bit mad. Don’t judge on first impressions!

i believe: in God. Although I don’t appear to talk about my faith in my posts, I firmly believe in God.

i dance: no I don’t.

i sing: along to k-pop songs. When you listen to it often enough you can sing along. They have lots of English lines too which makes it easier.

i cry: at films. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 I cried the whole way through - my childhood ended then.

i don’t always: listen to people. I would listen for a while then my mind wanders.

i fight: with Jared. But Jared punches like Bruce Lee and leaves me rolling on the floor in pain. (I am surprisingly weak though.)

i write: blog posts once a week.

i win: at racing games. Irony because I hate driving in real life.

i lose: nothing. But when I do I get veryyyy annoyed. When packing for uni, I lost my bullet earrings... the one’s I ordered online which T.O.P also has. I was wearing them the day before and they were dropped into somewhere safe the day before. I just don’t remember where. :(

i never: tell lies. I’m very bad at it and someone always catches me out or I burst out laughing.

i confuse: myself easily over simple situations or information. I tend to hear something and look at it at a completely different perspective. Emma, James and my mother understand what I mean. “...Beauticians?”

i listen: TO MISTER SIMPUL. Oh it’s just ended.

i can usually be found: in my room online or eating and watching T.V. Or boiling the kettle. Or on the trampoline.

i am scared: of daddy long legs - the giant, dancing, flying spider.

i need: a nice cup of tea and another episode of Doctor Who.

i am happy about: that Big Bang is first in voting for the MTV EMA Worldwide Act Asia Pacific award! Hooray!!

Woooo...Yes I shall return to the other meme post...eventually.

RESPONSE

Hallo! I answered my own questions, because I am a SADO!
If were forced to change your name, what would it be?
I’m terribly dull, but I do believe I would change my name to Claudine. I like my nicknames and being that bit different, so I feel Claudine is more mature and sophisticated for when I get older. I’m really fussy when it comes to names and I cannot think of any other names in the world that would possibly suit me. For my surname, I do have a small selection of surnames that I do like: such as Button, Valentine, Harrison, Love, Buchanan...alas I can’t remember anymore.
❍ If you were stuck at one age for the rest of your life, what age would you choose?
I wouldn’t choose this age, because although 18 is meant to be a cool, respectable age, it certainly is not as cool as it seems.
I am a confused human who is not old enough to be independent, but too old to be childish without the feeling of stupidity that goes with it.
I’m bombarded with responsibilities that I’ve not been taught to deal with and am criticised when I don’t know how to do it.
Not forgetting the stress and pressure teachers, parents and the society put us all under to the subject of our future. It’s so boring! Leave me alone.
I don’t know why, but my answer here is the age 23. It somewhat appeals to me.
You just got a plane ticket to anywhere on earth. You have to leave right now! Where are you gonna go?
My brain automatically thought South Korea there. I’m gonna stick with this choice because the flights are expensive and I couldn’t pay for them otherwise.
If you only had two music artists to listen to for the rest of your life, what would they be?
Like Mary-Jane, mine changes very often and would be different in like two weeks time. I’d be afraid to pick K-Pop incase I get sick of it - but then again, if it’s the only music I can listen to, there’s little I could do about it. Right now, I’d say I would go for Owl City and 2NE1. (Although no Big Bang ever again would cause me to decay.)
What is your current desktop picture?
It’s actually SHINee. I change my wallpaper a lot. I don’t like this one much because it looks low quality.
If you had to lose one of your 5 senses, what would it be?
That’s a tough one. I couldn’t go without my sense of sight or hearing, because I would find them the most valuable to use. Taste is important for...well eating of course and without it for the rest of your life would be just terrible. Smell would be pretty bad too, because I love perfume and potpourri so that would be sad. And touch, seemingly the least important in my opinion, but I think it would be one of those things that would be a nightmare not to have at all. I’m going to be foolish here and say touch.
Oh no! Your house just spontaneously combusted! Thankfully your family members and pets have made it out safely, so what’s that one thing you are going to save from that blazing inferno?
You actually think Toby is going to move from his throne in the living room? This is an easy answer, my macbook of course. Speaking of such events, I really REALLY should get that insured.
❍ Matt Smith and Amy Pond have just crashed into your living room in the Tardis. They offer you a short trip back to the past. What year/era would you choose to go to?
I’ve answered something like this a while back. I’d go back to the late sixties and join in on Beatlemania.
What one fictional character do you wish was a real person?
Voldemort....Lawl.
Jun Pyo from Boys Over Flowers, because he’s an absolute babe. But that’s a stupid answer because Lee Min Ho technically is Jun Pyo.
Aish I can’t think of anyone really...I don’t read books either, so that doesn’t help.

The government is forcing you to produce children and are offering any sperm/egg from any celebrity on earth. Who would you choose?

I’m going through a T.O.P-is-my-bias stage again so my answer here is Choi Seung Hyun. I was
debating wether this was a good idea or not, because if you don’t see his beauty, like old me and other people do too, *cough*kerri*cough*, he maaayyy look a bit creepy. And I don’t want a creepy looking child, do I?
Then I realised we are both sexy beasts so the child is going to look stunning anyway.
Wait, I feel that I’ve actually convinced myself that this is going to happen as I wrote that section. Oh no!! I’m going to be pregnant with T.O.P’s baby! Dad’s gonna kill me!
(But seriously, look at his jawline! And THOSE EYES! WORTH IT.)
You are holding a baby shower for your new born and are allowed ten guests. Who would be invited?
Well the father obviously, although there would be a slight language barrier because it appears he only knows the words ‘Yo,’ ‘Turn it up’ and ‘Yeah.’
Others on the list include:
Emma - obviously because she can speak/write in Korean.
Amy - because she would die inside if she was missing out on something fun.
Elizabeth - although the thought of a mixed-race child may destroy her soul she is likely bring nice presents.
James - he once said that T.O.P was unattractive so this will be the ideal opportunity to prove him wrong.
Mary-Jane, Jordan, Jared, Mum and Dad too.
Wow! You’ve just found your doppelgänger in opposite gender of yourself - how would they look? Speaking of look-a-likes, do you know anyone that looks like yourself?
Well I suppose I already have one, and his name is Jared. Like we have the same colour of hair and are fairly similar looking. So basically let Jared’s hair grow and straighten his teeth, put on a dash of make-up and big blue glasses, and ta-dah! It’s me.

CONTAINER

This past few weeks I’ve been cleaning and redecorating the container. I wish I had taken before and after photos because to be honest these photos do not look impressive. Anyway here are the results. Click on the photo for greater detail!

The Container: In case you didn’t know, I received the container as a Christmas present one year. (Weird, right?) Dad bought numerous containers and he got two free. The other one is vile and used for storage, but this one got lucky and was transformed into my second home. And no, I’m not spoilt - Mum wants to use it as a new office when I leave home.

I collaged many walls with magazines. This was the most time consuming.

I also had numerous snapfish photos leftover so I made a mosaic on two walls.

Those are the Andy Warhol cushions I was given for Christmas last year. The purple sofa is actually a fold-up bed and the blue one was donated by my Uncle Gordon when he was moving house.

I FINALLY put up the Audrey Hepburn canvas, which had fallen many moons ago. The Doctor Who poster is meant to represent the Jared wall, but he really hasn’t had much say during the redecoration process. I spend much more time in the container than he does. The Doctor looks like he’s dancing to Ring Ding Dong though.

More snapfish! This time it is all landscape pictures. This wall still needs to be completed but I have ran out.

I attempted to do a frame wall too because I found a stash of photo frames and I think this turned out effectively. I still need two A3 sized pictures.

Super Junior Clock: I made this clock in my very boring last summer. Always thought it looks kinda cool, but I’ve been criticised that it never tells the correct time. It’s telling me it is Ryeowook past Heechul but it really should be Eunhyuk past Siwon.

Now for the “Office” side of the container. The table shown is just used for studying or writing. There is another older table which is used for painting. I think the walls here could be improved upon but I used all my pretty pictures on the other side.

The Flying Cat: James and Jordan thought it would be a good idea to hang the cat puppet on the light. It hasn’t been moved since. And although I know it’s there, it never fails to frighten me if it hits me on the head.

Shelf: Hurray! I brought out the shelf which used to stay in my room and now have all my art supplies neatly on it.

I am in possession of a Barbie bin with my name on it. I love my bin!

LIGHTS GO ON AGAIN

I feel super guilty that I haven’t been properly active in Blogger in ages. Usually I would have one or two posts just waiting but unfortunately I haven’t written anything in ages.

This is because:

  1. I’m too lazy.
  2. I’m too busy.
  3. I’m too tired.
  4. I’ve ran out of ideas.

This makes me sad because I want to blog. It is frustrating!

Anywho, here is the list that I prepared before my exams had ended. Shall we see how it is getting on?

Completed:

  • Finish my exams: Yes I have completed this, not successfully, but it is done.
  • Get a job and earn some money: Laugh if you will, but I am currently employed in my Dad’s electrical business. I’ve been out working with him. Yes, manual work. No, I’m not joking. Money is money, serious stuff.
  • Clean out my room: I recently got my whole room varnished (it’s entirely built of wood) so it was calling for a makeover. I shall blog about this soon! It just hasn’t been tidy enough to even consider taking pictures of it.
  • Send a MAMMOTH amount of fan-mail to different celebrities and test how many will return: YES! I sent away 9 letters last week. Those included were Helen Mirren, Michael McIntyre, Kenneth Branagh, Judi Dench, Colin Firth, Daniel Craig, Jamie Oliver, Keira Knightly and Sienna Millar. Will I get any back...who knows! Fingers crossed.
  • Get my ears pierced: I got them pierced a fortnight ago, which means this is ticked off my Bucket List too. You may wonder why I did, after waiting for 18 years. Mainly because I felt I was missing out. It was annoying shopping and seeing an awesome pairs of earrings and not being able to purchase them, so why not just fix the problem and stop being so awkward about it?

Not Completed Yet:

  • Learn how to use Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Audacity and Premiere to prepare for my Interactive Media Arts course in Colraine: I actually had forgotten I had planned to do this...I still have two months off.
  • Learn how to use my graphics tablet: Again, two months off. I’ll get round to it.
  • Attempt to practice some photography: Why on earth did I write this one??
  • Prepare stuff for university: In due time my friend.
  • Order more Snapfish photos: I had planned to do this tonight, but I’m blogging instead.
  • Paint some big-ass pictures with acrylic paint: I need to practice little paintings first. I’ve done a total of two but hope to produce more in the next few weeks.
  • Have a container sleepover party: This is in preparation. I am currently cleaning and redecorating the container (I shall blog about this too) we just need a night that suits everyone!
  • Organise a meet-up/dinner with ‘our lot’ from school: Forgot about this one too, but I think John or Kerri is planning something instead.

Getting there...

  • Start driving again: Yah, if someone else asks me about driving I’ll slap their head in. It’s annoying enough that they have changed the test at the end of June. Just making it more difficult for me. I have been out numerous times but it’s surprisingly hard to make times for things you don’t like doing.
  • Exercise loads and obtain my goal weight: I’ve been at Slimming World for about 12 weeks now and to be honest, I’m getting nowhere. I lost 1 1/2lbs last week but I could do so much better. It’s hard when I’m out and about to keep following the plan.
  • Get a £1 coin money box, collect £1, £2 and notes and not to touch it. Behold! Hundreds of pounds gathered very quickly! : This is going well! I still haven’t touched the money box. It’s very tempting to though. It’s a good way to save so I recommend it.
  • Have some more container parties before my friends desert me forever: Friends have been here numerous times already but when the container is finally decorated it will definitely be PARTY TIME.
  • Redecorate the container: It is time for the container to get a makeover. It’s a sin I don’t look after it as well as I could. It’s currently getting walls done with new posters and pictures so fingers crossed it will turn out nice.
  • Photo blog on Chictopia regularly: For those who don’t know, Chictopia is a community where the users post photographs of themselves, for fashion purposes, and the others post their opinions. Most of the users are absolutely gorgeous, and their photos are very professional, but James, Kerri and I do it for the craic and ours is pitiful. You can find our profile pages here, here and here.

No.

  • Go to France and see SM Town on the 10th June: Clearly this did not happen because I did not get tickets (those tickets were as hard to obtain as the 2012 London Olympic tickets) and I would have otherwise blogged about it continously forever.
  • Go to London on 19th June and stalk SHINee: Again, this didn’t happen because I’m broke and to be frank, just don’t care enough. Although it was extremely painful watching fancam footage of the five gloriously walking through Heathrow airport.
  • Get back to the gym! : Blah! Super angry at this one, I CAN’T go back to the gym because my membership has been cancelled. Since I’m going to university in September Mum thought it would be more sensible to save the money spent there to put towards uni funds.

I have also added a few extra ones:

  • Watch a new drama.
  • Upload new art pieces onto Deviant Art.
  • Meet up with various people over the summer.

And so it may continue...

Until next time,

- Claudia

VENTURE

Hello,

I’m feeling terribly tired and grouchy but I’m forcing myself to do the routinely things I do every evening. (Check Twitter, Ningin, Blogger, Tumblr, Facebook)

We collected our Venture photography session photo frames this morning in Lisburn.

Because we spent over certain amount of money, we were given a number of photographs from the session free on a memory stick.I suppose we have bought rights of owning these photos. I can use them anyway I want.

Blogger is better than Facebook, so here they are! Jordan told me to upload them because I actually wasn’t going to bother.

Below are some of the photos that were uploaded onto the stick.
